Property Description

Carronvale House is home to The Boys’ Brigade Scottish Headquarters and is used as a Training, Conference and Activity Centre for The Boys, Brigade. The house is also utilised by health & local authorities, churches, charities, hospices, schools, other youth organisations and private groups.

Disabled facilities:

One of the triple bed rooms is equipped for use by disabled guests and there is a lift for disabled access to the first floor.

Catering:

Full in-house catering service provided.

Dining Room:

Seats 65.

Bedrooms:

Carronvale House has sixty beds in rooms as follows: 10 twin rooms, of which 6 are ensuite, 4 triples ensuite and 7 quadruples ensuite. Five of these bedrooms are large enough to also accommodate a z bed, increasing potential residential numbers to 65 if required.

Linen:

Bed Linen is provided but towels and toiletries are not.

Sitting room:

1-2 function rooms depending on group size.

Meeting room:

1-2 function rooms depending on group size.

Games room:

Residential prices also include 4-6 hours use of the Recreation Centre, subject to availability.

Projector etc:

Use of all in-house Av equipment included in price.

TV and Music Facilities:

Televisions, video and DVD players available in all function rooms and several portable CD music systems available.

Free internet access - password required.

central heating in all rooms and further electric storage heaters fitted in ensuites.
