Cross curricular to include Maths, English, Science, PE, PSE Geography, History, ICT and Citizenship

What are the activities?

High ropes, low ropes, archery, fencing, initialtive exercises, climbing, abseiling, Bivi building, survival, orienteering, eco challenges, sports skills, buggy building caving and blind trail.

What is the age range of the activities?

8 to 21

Sample programme of the activities:

4 activities per day plus an evening entertainment per full day on site.

What materials to you provide or suggest groups bring to support the visit?

A full kit list is provided prior to travel. All equipment for activities is provided

What are the minimum and maximum group sizes and the free Teacher Ratio?

Minimum Instructor ratio for land based activities 1:12
Free adult place ratio 1:8

Do you have or how do you arrange risk assessment?

We have full site specific risk assessments.

Do you offer Teacher familiarisation days?

Teacher familiarisation days are available on request

What facilities are there for school groups for food and drink, shop etc?

For residential trips, full board accommodation is provided. For activity day visitors a tuck shop is on site and food and dring is available to purchase.

Is specific clothing required?

Specific clothing is weather dependant

Do you have first aid on site?

First aid is available on site

Are there any restrictions on photos, copyright etc?

No restrictions in place
