What are the minimum and maximum group sizes and the free Teacher Ratio?

Up to 50 children. Accompanying adults are free

Do you offer Teacher familiarisation days?

Yes. Particularly advisable for those bringing pupils with physical disabilities due to nature of the site

What facilities are there for school groups for food and drink, shop etc?

Education Room available for packed lunches. Picnics permitted (Teachers please note that The Tearoom is closed on school days)

Gift shop – Goodie Bags available for pre-order only. Shop open by special request

Is specific clothing required?

Do you have first aid on site?

First Aiders are usually on-site, but the group should bring their own first-aider

Yes – non-motorised wheelchair available, disabled toilet, hearing loop, Braille guide.
Please note that Ground Floor only is accessible by wheelchair users and Lunch & Activity space is on an upper floor with no disabled access
